Hey Blitzers! I hope you are enjoying your sparkly clean and organized junk drawer! Doesn’t it feel good to be organize
Today we are going to hit more drawers. If you have been in your kitchen for at least a year, you may have noticed that inevitably you get random crumbs or a runaway piece of pasta or something that you can vac up from your silverware drawer. Today we clear, purge, and clean your silverware drawer!
The silverware drawer is one of the most organized drawers in the kitchen. Most people use an organizer to separate their flatware. in the space around your organizer, there is potential for a mess. So let’s take out your organizer, anything else in the drawer, and vac and then wipe out the drawer. Put it all back in. Now pick two other drawers in your kitchen and lather, rinse, and repeat.
Way to go! Your drawers are clean! This is truly a spring cleaning item. You did great!
Heads up: This weekend you have an hour-long job to do. We are going to take all your kitchen shelves and drawers out and wash them! So decide what block of time you can carve out. And if you can’t do it this weekend, plan it for next weekend.
Beautiful, creative, organized, people-lover – I am two or three of those things every day. I am also the wife of an amazing husband, the mother of three adult children I am very proud of, and would love to have a Corgi one day. I love to help people by bringing order to chaos, show hospitality through food and planning events, and I’m learning calligraphy and hand lettering. Other favorites include cheesy cheese pizza, re-purposing home decor, using the crevice tool on my vacuum cleaner, and talking to people wherever I go.
